Our reason for rating our experience with Fairless Home as a FIVE-STAR is because of Fernando the project manager of the project, building our casita. Fernando is an honest, caring, and a trusting representation for Fairless Homes. His customer service skills are excellent. From the beginning of a project, Fernando recognizes the impotence of the customer and the importance of mutual trust, and working together. Word of mouth is still the best advertisement! Thank you, Fernando, and thanks to all our casita workers!

Fairless Homes added an addition to our home. Everyone at Fairless was great to work with. The work was high quality, detail oriented, and performed on schedule. Ron and Fernando are very service oriented and they are not only knowledgeable experts, they listen. Price was fair and just as quoted with no surprises in the charges. We had very few issues or corrections needed, but those we found (actually Fairless pointed out most of them) were rectified very quickly. We wanted the addition to have the look and feel of the rest of our home, and Ron and Fernando completely got that so the end result exceeded our expectations. We love the addition and would highly recommend Fairness Homes to anyone considering their services.

Fairless Homes was highly recommend by our realtor when we purchased our home in 2014. They won the job to build a casita and performed wonderfully and took the hassle out constructing a new building. We had one issue with the type of coax wire the electrician installed but and as soon as it was pointed out Fairless made the electrician replace the coax wire with the current standard. We were so happy with Fairless’ ability to help design and complete the casita project on time and on budget we hired Fairless to perform four additional projects. Fairless built us an outdoor kitchen, resigned our backyard hard scape including a raised fire pit, added cabinets to our laundry room and suggested a way to make the washer and dryer flush mounted saving five inches, and completed a full remodel of our kitchen and great room entertainment center. Fairless continues to work with us long after they completed their projects. We had an issue with our outdoor kitchen granite two years after being installed. I called Fairless and they sent out a repair crew to repair the issue at no charge. While designing our kitchen and entertainment cabinets we had an issue with a third party designer who did not order the cabinets and lights correctly. Fairless stepped in and used their influence to get the third party to stand behind their mistake which they did. The third party caused the project to take weeks longer than planned due having to reorder the whole entertainment center cabinets and range hood. Fairless worked around the issue and rescheduled their installer to be available as soon as the cabinets came in. The kitchen and great room turned out wonderful and we constantly receive compliments every time a new person comes into our home. Fairless exceeded our expectations on each project they performed for us and I would highly recommend them just as our realtor did for us.
