Owner Ron Fairless is a third-generation Nevada native with over 30 years of hands-on construction experience. That kind of deep local knowledge shows up in every project we take on.
Ron didn't learn this trade in a classroom. He grew up around construction, watching and working alongside family members who built their careers the same way: with care, consistency, and a commitment to doing the job right. Over three decades, he has carried those same values into every home and commercial space he has touched.
